Settings : Convenience Fee on Credit/Debit Cards
This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to establish a convenience fee and locate where the charged convenience fee is displayed
Step By Step:
Step 1: Click the Gear Wheel icon located at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Register Settings" from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click the toggle box to the right of the Charge Convenience Fee On Credit Card and/or Charge Convenience Fee on Debit Card options to enable the convenience fee charges.
Step 3: To set a convenience fee as a percentage of the bill, enter the desired percentage in the text field next to the Convenience Fee Percentage label and click Submit. The convenience fee will then be applied to sales.
Once an order is placed successfully the convenience fee can be viewed in the sales receipt.
