Settings : Cancellation Window (Tee Sheet/Activities)
Article Content: This article contains steps on how to edit the cancellation window for tee times and activity bookings
Step by StepStep 1: Select Settings (gear wheel in top right corner), and then click on Tee Sheet Settings on the left hand side menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Online Tee Time Settings section, and locate Online Tee Times Cancellation Window. This is a field to set by hours. If it is set for 24 Hours, Customers will not be able to cancel their Booking from the Member Portal, My Tee Times I-Frame, or Mobile App within 24 hours of the Tee Time. After entering the correct time, click Save.
