Settings : Suggested Tip Amounts

This article provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the suggested tip amount on credit card receipts.

Step By Step:

Step 1: Click on the Gear Wheel icon located in the top right corner of the window. Choose "Terminal Management" from the left-hand menu.




Step 2: Within the "TERMINAL MANAGEMENT" window, select "Manage Location". This action will open a new "MANAGE LOCATION" window.



Step 3: In the "MANAGE LOCATION" window, select "TIP SUGGESTION". A "TIP SUGGESTION" window will pop up.




Step 4: Inside the "TIP SUGGESTION" window, click "ADD". Define the tip percentage and then click "SAVE". This percentage will be displayed on the receipt. If needed, you can modify the tip suggestion by selecting "EDIT", or remove it by clicking "DELETE".
