Settings : General Course Info
Article Contents: This article contains information about how to set up course info from POS settings.
Step By Step:
Step 1: Click on the Gear Wheel Icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the General Course Info tab on the menu. This menu will help your setup of basic Golf Course info. This info will include the following highlights of your Golf Course:
Location Info – Fill in the following information to give exact details of your location and outline of your brand name: Clubhouse Name, Course Timezone, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Phone, Logo.
Amenities: Fill in the following information to showcase the amenities of your Golf Course. Select the options from each of the drop-downs on this module:
Public Access – Yes or No.
Discounts – Various discount offers the golf course has.
Rental Clubs – Yes or No.
Bar – Various options of liquor servings that are available.
Walking – Allowed or Not.
Restaurant – Various options of food choices that are available can be chosen from this drop-down.
Food – Yes or No.
Available Products – Various options on choices of available golf accessories and apparel.
Web Links – Fill in the following information to provide interaction with the WWW where players can find a club online on social media, online tee time booking portals, etc.. Which may include the following:
Facebook Info, Tee-Time Link, Twitter Link, Website Link, and Members Log In Link.
General Course Information – Fill in the following information to provide a brief description of options on the course to utilize based on various customer choices:
About Course – This can give general information about the course. Which can be a description of the landscape or about the course history.
Golf Outings – This can provide various Golf Outings the course caters to.
Special Events -This can provide information if the golf course can accommodate special requests like Weddings or Birthday celebrations.
Staff – This can provide information on the workforce, what are the caliber of the people serving the golf course. For example an exclusive chef from the restaurant or exclusive trainer info.
