Members: Reset Member Passwords
This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to reset member passwords.
Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Select the CUSTOMERS module from the module navigation menu, then click on Customers from the left-handed menu.
Step 2: Click on the View/ Edit button from the Action section for the customer that is to be modified. The system will open a CUSTOMER PROFILE pop-up window. Under the Membership tab, select the Online Profile tab. A new password can be created from here.
