Banquet Manager : Instructions (Manage Departments)

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to manage departments in the Banquet Manager tab.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Select the EVENTS module from the module navigation menu.

Step 2: Click on Banquet Manager in the left-hand menu. This window will show a list of existing online events. Under Action, click on the three small dots, followed by View/Edit to add Instructions and manage departments from existing events available.


Step 3: 
Under the EVENT BUIDLER tab, click on Instructions. Departments can be managed by clicking on the MANAGE DEPARTMENTS button. The system will generate a MANAGE DEPARTMENT pop-up window, where a department name can be edited.
