Hardware : Ingenico Lane 3000 : Beep Settings Configuration
Article Contents: This article provides an introduction on how to inform you to adjust the beep settings on your Lane 3000 device.
Step by StepStep 1: Access the Admin Menu by pressing O (the green button) to select Settings.
Step 2: Press the down arrow to scroll to the Beep option, then press O (the green button) again to select it.
Step 3: Use the number pad to input a value for Frequency (Hz). Press the down arrow to navigate and enter values for Volume, Time On (ms), and Time Off (ms). Refer to the table below for default values and acceptable ranges:- Parameter Name: Frequency (Hz)
- Default: 1,000
- Range: 20-20,000
- Description: Controls the pitch of the beep.- Parameter Name: Volume
- Default: 100
- Range: 1-100
- Description: Controls the beep volume as a percentage.- Parameter Name: Time On (ms)
- Default: 250
- Range: 10-5,000
- Description: Determines the duration of each beep.- **Parameter Name: Time Off (ms)
- Default: 250
- Range: 10-5,000
- Description: Sets the pause length between beeps.
Step 4: Press O (the green button) to finalize your adjustments. The terminal will confirm the update by displaying "Beep parameters have been updated" and emit several beeps to demonstrate the new settings.
