Members : Payment History

Article Contents: This article contains a step-by-step guide to viewing the payment history of a member.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Click on the Customers tab from the header of the window. Select Members from the left row of the window, then select Payment History.

 

 

Step 2: In the Payment History window, you can search the member by their Membership ID number or select the date from the calendar drop-down menu and click on Search. The system will generate the list of payments received from the desired search fields entered. By default, the system will display all the payments by order I.D., payment date, membership I.D., name, amount, and the balance remaining.
