      Banquet Manager : Function Sheet (BEO)

      This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to download the function sheet (BEO) in the Banquet Manager.

      Step-By-Step:

      Step 1: Select the EVENTS module from the module navigation menu. Then, click on Banquet Manager in the left-hand menu.  
       

       

      Step 2:  Select the event for which to download the function sheet by searching the name of the event or by scrolling up and down in the event list.
       
       
      Step 3: Under Action, click on the three small dots, followed by View/Edit. The system will generate an Edit Banquets Manager pop-up window.
       
       
      Step 4: Click on the FUNCTION SHEET tab and click on the Download button at the top right of the window.
       
       
      Step 5:  The function sheet of the desired event will be downloaded in PDF format.
